Good nice sized apartment with easy access

Nice apartment, large and clean, access is easy, owner friendly although cannot speak english so communication via sms which was fast and easy in english. Parking places on street close by, it is a bit of walk to the centre but this was stated in the description 700m, more like 1km but still acceptable. There is also washing machine. Overall very nice.

Bed had memory foam mattress so not that comfortable combined with oversize pillows made sleep experience not great. Having small pillows would help.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, there were two leftover pieces of soap in the shower. The location is right on the main road so it can be noisy at night.

Good value for money. Nice shower (once in it).

Difficult when we arrived to get instructions about how to get in and, in particular where to park. Parking location appeared to be private parking associated with offices. Didn't like the shower being on the lower floor - I was exposed to the road until I closed a curtain across the door. Apartment sited on busy road.

C’est élégant et moderne. Lit confortable.

Le bruit de la route (voitures), certaines nuit j’avais l’impression de dormir dessus ! Pas forcément de chauffage, extérieur très peu entretenu, équipement je passe.. une seule cuillère à café? Poêles et casseroles très usés. Peu de rangements. Une première réservation avait déjà été faite dans l’un des autres logement il y a un an, et je n’avais rien à redire. Mais là extrêmement décevant.

Logement bien placé prêt du centre ville et proche de plusieurs belles plages .

Le matériel pour cuisiner très abîmés et le manque de couverts. Ex 1 seule petite cuillère pour 2 personnes pas de matériel pour laver le sol . Les condiments ( huile vinaigre sel sirop de fraise) laissé dans placard après d autres locataires .

J’ai adoré le style de décoration. Table et tabouret confortable pour 2. Grand frigo très pratique. Capsule de café à disposition et cuisine bien équipée.

Appartement très bien, lit très confortable et bel espace de séjour. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour et Lannion est une très belle ville.

La salle de bain a l’étage en dessous. Mais c’est juste pour trouver un point négatif. ☺️

L’état général du logement (traces d’humidité, taches sur les draps et linge de maison), manque de bouilloire et casseroles. Dysfonctionnement de la télé, traits sur l’écran + nombreuses coupures. Hygiène douteuse au niveau du panier contenant les dosettes de cafés ( une boîte hermétique serait idéale)

Posizione vicina al paese.

Appena arrivati per scaricare l'auto siamo stati accolti da un signore nella casa di fronte che ci urlava contro intimandoci di non parcheggiare anche se la sosta era consentita. Abbiamo avvisato la proprietaria ma non è intervenuta. L'appartamento è molto piccolo con ingresso e camera sulla strada dove si sentivano rumori. Avevamo necessità di usare la cucina e l'abbiamo trovata piena di polvere sopra i pensili ed i piccoli elettrodomestici come tostapane e macchinetta del caffè.. Inoltre le stoviglie erano appicicose e bagnate con presenza di capelli. Abbiamo dovuto igienizzare il tutto prima di prepararci la cena. Inoltre non abbiamo potuto fare il caffè perché non era presente la moka e le cialde erano inutilizzabili perché polverose e non sigillate. Come se non bastasse per fare il check in sembrava di essere come nella storia infinita. La signora inizialmente non rispondeva ai messaggi su booking perché voleva che comunicassimo solo con whatsapp anche se la comunicazione ufficiale dovrebbe avvenire su booking. Inoltre il numero che ci aveva fornito non era completo e se la rifaccia con noi dandoci di incapaci...alla fine abbiamo intuito che mancava il prefisso. Poi è iniziata l'odissea del codice...ci ha tenuto in sospeso tutto il giorno perché ce lo avrebbe comunicato solo al momento in cui fossimo davanti alla porta pretendendola di chiamarla e di parlare in francese. Ci ha stressato tutto il giorno mentre noi eravamo in vacanza itinerante. Non sapevamo se ridere o piangere... Inoltre ci siano beccati più volte il fatto di essere maleducati quando semplicemente chiedevamo con il grazie le informazioni. Tengo a precisare che abbiamo avvisato la signora che la cucina non era pulita ma nonostante ciò non si è preoccupata di venire a vedere anzi il giorno dopo ci ha stressato di nuovo con messaggi in cui insinuava che non avevamo riposto le stoviglie quando non avevamo l'asciugamano e le avevamo riposte sulla piattaia.

Bel appartement mais hygiène à revoir

Bel appartement avec du cachet, très bien équipé et bien placé par rapport aux sites touristiques . Petit plus : grande tv et petite cour intérieure.

Hygiène à revoir : table non nettoyée à notre arrivée, sol crasseux qui n'a pas vu de serpillère depuis un certain temps, traces de saleté sur les portes et l'électroménager, de la cuisine tâches marrons sur les serviettes... Bref, un très bel appartement mais expérience un peu gâchée par le manque d'hygiène.

Il n'y a pas de rideau occultant sur la porte vitrée au fond de la cuisine aussi la lumière entre dans la chambre dès le lever du jour.

Attention taxe de séjour non conforme au prix réglementaire de la Mairie

1er contact, demande du paiement de la taxe de séjour de 4€ par personne par jour en espèces au tarif d1 palace au lieu de 1€50 sur le cite de la mairie!!!! nous avons payé le tarif légal Mairie, suffisamment important vu la terrasse, le vis à vis sur l immeuble avec les herbes qui poussent entre les dalles,la douche qui fuit sur le parquet, la circulation de la voix rapide devant la porte... Pour le reste correct, nous sommes des habitués de telles locations, tolérants mais pas des lapins de 6 semaines. Cela donne une mauvaise image de la Bretagne

Arnaque à la taxe de séjour !

Concernant la taxe de séjour, Cyril T. le loueur n’hésite pas à arnaquer ses locataires, en effet celle-ci est de 1,52 € par nuit et par adulte (gratuit pour les enfants) et non pas de 4 € par jour et par adulte. Il n’est pas autorisé pour qui que ce soit d’arrondir ou d’augmenter cette taxe tout en affirmant que c’est Booking qui impose le montant de la taxe de séjour. De plus, il est strictement interdit de collecter cette taxe de séjour en cash comme l’impose ce loueur en fin de séjour. Il m’a été recommandé de ne pas payer cette taxe de séjour par la Commune de Lannion-Trégor Communauté pour une bonne raison que ce loueur connait parfaitement. Un bon conseil, contactez l’organisme (C.L.T.C.) qui régit cette taxe pour le dénoncer, comme je l’ai fait, surtout ne payer pas cette taxe avant cette consultation. Le document concernant la taxe de séjour doit être obligatoirement affiché dans la location, ce qui là encore n’est pas le cas. Quant à la sécurité, le détecteur de fumée est dans un tiroir de la cuisine. Sans cet élément en bonne place, la location n’est pas autorisée. De plus, le ménage et la vaisselle laissent à désirer puisque j’ai retrouvé sous le lit le restant d’un paquet de bonbon et des tâches sur les assiettes. La terrasse est pleine de mousse et dans un état déplorable avec la vue sur l'immeuble situé en face à 20 mètres, plus des mégots et autres détritus dans la gouttière qui longe cette terrasse. Les photos des trois locations sont volontairement toutes mélangées, ce qui fait que vous avez la surprise en arrivant dans votre location. Ce loueur se moque éperdument des lois qui régissent les meublés de tourisme. À fuir !.. Ce qui est scandaleux, c’est votre réponse et votre tentative d’escroquerie à l’égard de vos locataires. Quelle concurrence évoquez-vous ? Je n’ai aucun meublé de tourisme en location, ni de chambre d’hôtes ou autre location encore moins sur votre secteur.

Dispos du frigo(entrée de la douche ) ,tabourets et table,sympa mais inconfortable.Et la porte d'entrée qui ne s'ouvre pas entièrement.

Nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans un logement a 14° car chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.

Nous avons rencontré un problème avec le chauffage qui ne marchait pas. En soit cela peut arriver, mais le propriétaire n'a pas été conciliant et a été même de mauvaise foi.
