The Villa is located in the northern center of the Island of Fuerteventura, a strategic and equidistant place
of the three most sought points both for the practice of sports and for relaxing.
Great Beaches; Majanicho and El Cotillo, from east to west and according to the time of year provide conditions
insurmountable for the practice of water sports, all types of surfing, diving and fishing.
For those who look for desert and quiet beaches, the region of Los Lagos in
El Cotillo and the whole extension of Las Grandes Playas are a great end of paradisiacal corners.
The Villa is in Lajares, has 150m2 on the main floor, for up to 6 people,
with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), another bathroom, living room kitchen, private garage with bathroom / washing machine, wifi, tv.
Super pool area with barbecue, kitchen and bathroom, closed finca with 3600m2.

Auf unserer Reise durch Fuerteventura waren wir in Lajares, einem sehr charmanten Dorf, und Villa Sunset ist ein Haus zum Genießen, gut ausgestattet, ein riesiger windgeschützter Poolbereich mit Grill und ein Entspannungsbereich mit Hängematten und Sonnenliegen zum Ausruhen. Der Gastgeber Sehr respektvoll und aufmerksam.
Zweifellos die beste Villa, um ein paar ruhige und problemlose Tage zu verbringen.

A wonderful villa which suited our family holiday perfectly, it is well equipped and very welcoming. Marcio met us as we arrived (late) around 22:30 and showed us around and then left us to settle in with complimentary goats cheese, fruit and beer! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa, and found it an excellent location and base for all our various trips and activities. For us the highlight was the superb pool area with hammocks , sitting areas, dining area, barbecue, kitchen and shower (and jacuzzi!);we spent almost all our villa time here. Marcio was very helpful and available if required (even when we locked ourselves out at 10pm); but otherwise left us to ourselves. All in all a great villa and host and we look forward to returning.

Marcio is a kind host. The best place of the property was the poolarea! That was just perfect! The kitchen in the house is good and the beds are fine. And a lot of privacy. Hopefully next year again
