The village of Lajares is located 5 km from Cotillo and 10 km of Corralejo, where you can enjoy the best beaches on the island of Fuerteventura. Very close to the house there are several beautiful trails through volcanoes.
In the area there are several restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.

A well equipped property, not luxurious but what is to be expected for the price. The pool is not heated which means none but the brave will swim in the winter months. A very quiet area, but the town is only a stroll of 1km away for cafes bars and shops. Communication with owners excellent when required.
