The hospitality of the staff. Mounir from guest relations and his colleagues will certainly make sure that your stay is beyond your expectations . A big thanks goes to hajar ANIMATION and her colleagues who took care of my daughter who even had the lunch with them before leaving the resort.

Prohibition of smoking even in the terrace of the buffet restaurant should be a priority for the management. Enjoying your dinner with your babies while another person ruins this moment with his cigarette is not at all respectful.

- Beautiful rooms (looks exactly like in the pictures) - Nice breakfast (the lady that prepares moroccan msemen deserves a raise for the quality) - Friendly staff - Clean Pools

- Smelly bathrooms and hallways - Disorganised restaurant (the tables aren't prepared before the restaurant opens, you have to go find your own cutlery and glasses) - Mosquitoes envaded the hotel (you find them even in the restaurant, the rooms(I found some inside the closet), the pool, inside the lifts... a hotel with such a rating must resolve this issue) - Food variety - The security that was responsible for the elite pool (pool for adults only) wasn't doing his job at all, he allowed children to swim in the pool, allowed people to dive in the pool (it shouldn't be allowed since it's a 1.40m pool which is supposed to be calm and relaxing, the instruction that forbids diving was written but it wasn't respected and he didn't mind that, which made relaxing or sunbathing next to the pool kinda impossible). Apparently there were some tourists who complained about allowing children there, the administration fixed that with him. He gave himself the permission to remove our towels while swimming and set the place for a lady just because she asked him nicely to do so. He apologised but still, it's unprofessional and not up to him to make such a decision.
