The host is exceptionally friendly and treats guests like family, making the stay warm and welcoming. The location is highly convenient just a minute’s walk from the main road yet perfectly peaceful. With a serene view of Dal Lake and captivating natural beauty all around, it’s an experience that soothes the soul. Being solo traveller I found home away home. Thank you Bilal and Uncle for such a wonderful experience.

1. A very warm and welcoming host who was ready to receive us at 8:30 in the morning.
2. Flexibility to commute between houseboat and shore as many times as needed - no hesitation from the owner.
3. Clean presentation of the houseboat and the room

The boathouse location is very good , breakfast was simple and tasty, the owner of house boat is very friendly and easy check in .
