2 Bedroom Appartment Main Mall Road Murree

We had a very pleasant stay. Both the owner and the caretaker were extremely nice and helpful. The Appartment is very spacious and the location is ideal. Very close to mall road and kashmir point.

1. Excellent location, conveniently situated close to Mall Road. 2. Spacious two-bedroom apartment, suitable for families. 3. Large kitchen with basic cooking essentials, including utensils, a frying pan, tea pot, plates, and an oven.

1. The room cupboards were poorly organized, with quilts, pillows, and other items stored untidily. 2. The extension board provided for the iron was damaged and potentially unsafe. Although it was later replaced with a new one, but there was a considerable delay. 3. Hangers and dustbins were not available at check-in, which was inconvenient. These were provided later upon request. 4. One of the attached washrooms remained locked for several hours after check-in, causing inconvenience despite repeated requests. 5. The geyser capacity was too small and did not provide enough hot water for a comfortable shower. 6. The staff member responsible for assistance was often difficult to reach by phone and was slow in responding to requests. 7. The overall cleanliness of the apartment did not meet expectations. I also observed staff entering carpeted areas while wearing shoes.

Location close to gpo murree, friendly staff, and ample space for even 8 to 10 people. Like two families to share. If host allow. But nice place and very close to park, gpo, Governor house and all main points.

No restraunt in the building. No full view of mountains. You can see mountain, but not full view.
