Miranda was a fab hostess, nothing was too much trouble and she could direct us to really good restaurants and car parks too.
Such a beautiful location on the beach (a gate and pathway through the beach huts away) and a balcony with views, who could ask for more.
The heated swimming pool was lovely for a cooling dip, plenty of sun beds with cushions everywhere.
It didn’t matter to us but there’s no breakfast if that’s what you are looking for.

The Kite House is in a perfect location in East Wittering, right on the beach with stunning sea views. It’s peaceful and quiet, and the balcony overlooking the beach was ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. We stayed in the larger room with the sofa, which was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and wonderfully quiet.
The location is excellent, with an easy scenic walk into both Bracklesham and East Wittering where there are fantastic eateries, cafés and lovely independent shops to browse around. A perfect coastal stay and we would definitely return.
Unfortunately it was too early in the season to swim in the heated pool
