We didn’t have any breakfast at the house even though they had notified us with prior notice. They had provided a few beers or wine in the fridge which you had to pay for, I thought it was a nice treat if after a long Journey there was a nice refreshment.

Very nice super king bed and lovely room with a stunning view overlooking a large field. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was an added bonus and amazing with colourful lighting inside. Food was delicious in the local towns and people friendly. Very nice pleasant owners Lulu and Russell. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing peaceful break away 🥰😍🤩❤️🤍🩷

Accepted us at the very last moment and communication was excellent. Continental breakfast was huge and lovely. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Parking and easy, quick access to Chichester.
Just be aware that there are stairs. Not a problem. The fridge was a little noisy but not a game changer
