The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….

The host was very helpful, both before and during our stay. The property is so stunning, in an idyllic location, with extensive facilities and close to all the main attractions in the old town. We can't speak highly enough of our experience. We hope to return one day.

Truly an ideal venue for exploring Ibiza. We are a family of 4 with adult children. The walkable access to restaurants and bars was ideal for our family. The house layout was such that we all had our own space and could easily come and go from the property. Spotlessly clean and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

Great house on the point of the port of Ibiza. House had everything we needed and it was great it had 3 bathrooms. Top balcony is amazing place to spend time. Would stay again.
