About this villa rental
The villa is ideally located, in a quiet location, comfortable, original construction on 3 half-levels. On the ground floor the living area: living room, kitchen and an 80m2 terrace with direct access to the pool, on the 1st 1/2 level : 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with wc and an independent wc and on the 2nd 1/2 level: a parental suite with adjoining bathroom and wc. The decoration is neat. Near the sea and 4 sandy beaches, in a protected natural site, on the Caravelle peninsula.
3 sandy beaches are within walking distance (200m, 400m, 800m) and the 4th is a beach renowned for the practice of surfing and is located 1km away. Many restaurants are within walking distance in the fishing village of Tartane and the Caravelle is a delight for hikers.

Excellent location.
Intimate garden with private pool.
Great outdoor lounge area, perfect for great time with family.
Kitchen is functional although tools could be freshened up a bit.

This home is well kept, in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautifully landscaped yard, and has most everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. It is a short walk to a great restaurant “French Coco” and to a beautiful beach. The small town with many restaurants, small stores and an amazing bakery are also in walking distance. A car is needed to enjoy the beautiful area with many beaches, hiking trails, and amazing sites.
Although the house, pool and yard are smaller than I thought in pictures, it is perfect for 5 or 6 adults . The owner of the home is great and very helpful, he speaks French, German and English. The caretaker only speaks French, thankfully the owner has a book in all three languages about the home and the area. We would strongly recommend this home and the relaxing beauty of Tartane, Martinique!
