Yachi Onsen

スタッフは丁寧な対応 　山小屋風でよかった　懐かしい 温泉♨️は素晴らしい　ぬる湯にゆっくり入れた　♨️独占浴して気持ちいい 温泉力はすごい

部屋は蒸し暑い　窓を開けると虫が入る 　早朝は窓開けたら　涼しい美味しい　空気が気持ち良かった 　メールで送迎についての確認があり 自家用車と返信したが　返事なく メール届いてないのかと思った

お食事とお風呂が最高でした！

一泊お世話になりました。温泉、食事、スタッフの皆様の対応、全て満足のいくものでした。建物の老朽化はあるものの館内、寝具とも清潔が保たれており快適に過ごせました。また泊まりたいお宿です。

Yachi Onsen is a historic onsen site, onsen history goes back 400 years. Onsen is not a big one, they have 2 pools, the other one is around 42C and the other one is around 36C. They are nice, though not very big. Nice wooden surroundings and quiet atmosphere. The staff is very nice and helpful, but do not expect service in English. Like in most of the other places similar to this, the food is excellent. Enjoy! Spacious and free parking. If you enjoy hiking, the trails start right from the parking place. However, they all are pretty steap and hard. Prepare yourself also for slippery conditions.

The ryokan itself is very modest. You will have toilets and bathrooms on the corridor, the rooms and other facilities are very modest and old fashioned. Rooms are Japanese, tatami style, and not very spacious. You'll find difficulties finding a place for opening your suitcase. Tatami matrasses are VERY thin. In parts of the building (like in the restaurant) wifi does not function.
