About this villa rental
Villa Sasa' is located on the hill area of Sorrento and offers one of the most breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples. It is an ideal location for a family or for a group of friends who would like to spend a vacation in total relax.
Villa Sasa' is located in a strategic position in order to easily reach the nearby holiday resorts of Positano, Amalfi & Ravello on one side and Sorrento, Pompeii, Naples & Capri on the other side. The nearest village is Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, a top hill village where in the very hot summer is easy to find some refreshment and where you find anything you may need to make the most out of your vacation such a supermarkets, pubs & restaurants, pharmacies, post office, banks and so on.
Villa Sasa' is almost within a walking distance to the town centre of Sant'Agata that you can reach anyway in five minutes by car.
Villa Sasa' lies on two different levels: on the lower floor there is the main entrance that leads you to a large living room where large parties can organize any kind of events: Villa Sasa' is indeed, a perfect spot where to book a chef in villa for a special dinner or where to organize a cooking class or, considering that on the same floor there is an indoor pizza and barbecue area, a pizza party! Furthermore on the same level you find a rustic fire place, mainly used for winter rents, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a bathroom with a shower. A beautiful patio is located just outside the living room and offers a stunning sea view! A large table is big enough to welcome all the guests to enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars, perhaps listening to a local live Neapolitan music.
The upper floor of the villa is the bedrooms department composed of three double and a twin room: all rooms have a private bathroom with shower; one bathroom only offers the possibility of a bath tub, as well. All rooms lead to the same large terrace overlooking the Bay and offer a wide sea view.
Villa Sasa' is completely surrounded by a garden in which there is the swimming pool area equipped with outside tables and chairs together with umbrellas and sun beds; the ideal spot where to admire a sunset beyond the Isle of Ischia...perhaps sipping a local citrus fruits aperitif.
The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and a WI-FI system. A wide private car park is available for all the guests.

We had 10 people, ages 72-newborn, stay at this villa in May. The property is beautiful!!! It wasn’t too warm but we went swimming in the beautiful pool anyway. The walk into town is not bad, about 30 minutes, but the walk back is all uphill and most people would find it difficult. Carmine was very helpful and we took advantage of his offerings - we booked transportation multiple times through him, as well as a private boat ride.

Great property overlooking Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius! A bit out of the way, but the host Carmine, can pretty much get you anything you want and or need. He was extremely communicative and easy to deal with. Set us up with tours of Pompei and a private dinner cooked in the villa. Both were great. House is a little secluded and a bit of a walk to get to anything, but as mentioned, Carmine can set up a car no problem. All the people he used were great.

Amazing!! In one word - our stay at Casa Sasa was amazing!! The house was what we expected it to be and so much more.
It was clean, comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need in a home. The view was spectacular overlooking Sorrento and the Vesuvio. The pool was very clean and well kept. It suited our family of 6 adults and 1 - 9 month old perfectly.
Our host Carmine was professional and helpful at a moment's notice. He met us the first night at the house even though it was midnight by the time we arrived and showed up the next morning to give us full details. He was always responsive and available. When our tour of Amalfi and Positano was unexpectedly cancelled the day before the tour, he arranged for us to join another tour at a fraction of the price.
We made great family memories at Casa Sasa and would highly recommend this property and definitely recommend Carmine Cacace as host!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Carmine’s. The house was spacious and clean, but the highlight was definitely the outdoor area. We spent most of our time lounging and eating on the patio, relaxing in the pool, and enjoying the beautiful views. Although the house was a bit farther from downtown Sorrento than we expected, Carmine was incredibly helpful, arranging car services whenever we needed them. He also organized a fantastic boat day to Capri, a delicious pizza night at the house, and our airport transportation with punctual, timely drivers in clean vehicles. A big thank you to Carmine and everyone he connected us with for making this trip so special.
