The villa is conceived as a true temple of entertainment and private wellness, offering guests a splendid exclusive swimming pool, an indoor games room and a fully equipped gym area, all surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden with English lawn and spacious panoramic terraces entirely furnished to make the most of every moment of the day in the open air.
Interior architecture develops harmoniously across two levels, offering generous square footage and excellent space distribution, with four bedrooms designed to comfortably accommodate up to eleven people.
On the ground floor, the main entrance opens onto a modern and functional kitchen, which connects with an exceptional games room embellished with a piano, ideal for convivial evenings and entertainment moments.
This level also welcomes two comfortable bedrooms and a first finely finished bathroom.
Going up to the upper floor, you encounter a second, welcoming living area equipped with two single futons, perfect as an additional relaxation area or extra sleeping space.
The floor is completed by two other large bedrooms and a second full bathroom serving the area.

Our family of 6 very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Luisa. The 2 decks looking out at Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples were a highlight to catch the beautiful sunsets. Our host, Amedeo and his team, set us up on both a tour of Pompeii / Vesuvius and a boat trip to the Amalfi coast and both tours met all of our expectations. He also had some good advice about restaurants in the area including a few that will pick you up and bring you back to the Villa.. The pool was a great place to relax after our expeditions and we enjoyed the orange and lemon trees in the yard.To get down to Sorrento we used both the SITA bus which stops at the neighboring Hotel Villa Fiorita and taxis. There are lots of great shops, restaurants, outdoor markets and beach clubs in Sorrento and for seafood I would recommend going down to the marinas where there are numerous restaurants.I would highly recommend this property for its old world charm as well as modern amenities and fantastic views. You can’t go wrong here and if you are lucky you might catch a fireworks display.

The house was perfect for our 5 night stay. And the hot tub was nice at the end of a busy day.Amado greeted us at the house and showed us around. He was very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and information for tours in the area. We really appreciated that.

Good location and a warm welcome from Amedeo, our host. He was very responsive and helpful. Very good views from outdoor spaces and close to small town nearby (not walking distance though). We stayed early in season, and place was still opening up. Easy access to Sorrento by car or bus. We stayed very

First, I want to say the property managers of this listing were WONDERFUL and helpful. The property itself needed attention. It was not cleaned well, which is a big problem for me. The shower drains were clogged, one of the toilets had issues flushing, and I could go on and on. I did not alert the property owners during our stay because we were only there for 3 days, and I just wanted to make the best of it. I was a bit embarrassed about renting this property for my family. I’m not even going to ask them for their portion of the payment toward renting it. I’m just going to swallow the loss. I do hope the owners take a good look at this property, and make some improvements. It has so much potential, and the view is AMAZING.
