Alot of space in the apartment. A nice balcony with afternoon sun. Easy to get in contact with the housewife. Good equipped kitchen and welcoming offers of champagne.
Suggested improvements: oven for better cooking. Garlic press was missing. Better pillows in beds. More than one chair at the balcony.

The house was clean and comfortable, it felt like home for a week! Easy communication with the staff. We loved the tour and champagne tasting of the champagne house. Next door is a boulangerie (unfortunately on holiday when we were there) and around the corner a charcuterie. Avize is small but lovely. Excellent when you want to visit the Champagne-area.
