Man who brought the key.
Well, it was a little weird. I called that we will come in 15 min, like the host asked, but we had to wait 15+ minutes more, despite that we were with children.
Also we had to call about shower twice - it didn't work and about bed linens.

It was a lovely clean apartment. It had a cooker, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, ideal for a family. The wi-fi was good. Plenty of duvets and pillows. It was a secure building.
The apartment had a shower, but you couldn't use it very well as there was no shower curtain. The neighbours had a dog that barked a lot. It's the first apartment I've been in with no underfloor heating in the bathroom! (Not really a negative but it is lovely to have.) The location was quite far from the main center, about a 20 minute walk.
