the food was excellent and the heritage setting is wonderful.

The heritage room was very pretty.
TV didn’t work the whole time. Security deposit didn’t work. Had to call five times to get it fixed. Didn’t replace towels on time. Had to call to have extra body shower gels. Front desk was terrible. Most of the time they never called the right people. Pool didn’t get cleaned or usable the whole time.
