About this apartment rental
Apartment Alan is located in a charming condo with elevator, few steps away from the historic center of Sorrento.
The apartment is on the first floor and it has two double bedrooms with air-conditioning, two bathrooms in total and it can accommodate up to 5 people (the extra person in a sofa bed).
The apartment has also a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a nice living room with a sofa bed where one more guest can sleep.
The living room also has air-conditioning and has access to the terrace equipped with sun chairs.
In the condo there is also a communal pool for the residents that is open from 15 June to 15 September, a tennis court and there is also a car parking in the vicinity available for a fee.

Neighborhood and transport
Sorrento offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaelogical sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Positano: 18 Km
Pompeii: 27 Km
Herculaneum: 40 Km
Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights
A cash refundable deposit of 250 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
The rental price is inclusive of: one set of bed linens and of bath towels per stay.
If the house rules are ignored, some penalties will be applied according to specific cases

Final cleaning: 140 €, per stay
City tax: € 4,00 per day per person from 18 years onwards
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 50,00

we had the best holiday ever
We stayed in Apartment Alan at the end of June and we had the best holiday ever.The apartment is spacious, clean and set in a lovely safe complex just a few minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento.We used the lovely pool every day and you feel as if you are one of the locals. We could sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings and watch the world go by.You can walk in minutes to the train station where you can get a train to pompeii or a bus to the Amalfi Coast.The car hire place is across the road and boat hire in the marina about 10 minutes walk away. You are right beside all the shops and restaurants so no queuing for a taxi at the end of the night.The host who met us was extremely friendly and helpful.We just loved Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast and we cant say enough good things about Apartment Alan.We would just love to go back again next year.

This apartment was bright, clean and airy with lots of room for our party of four. The best part is the location which is a couple of minutes away from the centre of Sorrento and close to many restaurants, groceries etc.

Overall, the apartment is centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were good. We had a problem with the stove not working and could not get in touch with Max; however, we called Mr. Davide next and he was attentive and came immediately.
