Tony went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. When one of our group was injured at the train station on the day of our arrival, Tony immediately came to assist, assess the situation, and personally transport the guest to hospital. He communicated directly with hospital staff to explain the circumstances and help ensure the guest's place in the queue was maintained. He then returned later to check on their wellbeing and ensure everything was progressing as it should. To say that Tony went above and beyond would be an understatement. His kindness, genuine care, and willingness to help during what was a stressful situation made an enormous difference to our group. We are incredibly grateful for his support and would highly recommend both Tony and his accommodation to anyone visiting the area
The property lovely and was well equipped. Great views and location was so convenient for walking to experience everything. The elevator for luggage was an added bonus.
