The peace and quiet. It is spacious and it would be great to be there in Summer weather when you could use the patio garden for dining
The cleaner had missed the fact that previous visitors had turned off the 'fridge but left the door closed so when we opened the door to store our shopping, water from the defrosted ice box ran out on to the floor. There was a consequent mess but the owner came and helped us to clear up.

Sleeping couch and/or matras with weak points and not comfortable for large persons

-Toys for our son
-Big garden (but we didn’t know if we could go there)
-Fine beds
-refridgerator inside was dirty/sticky
-no toilet paper
-didn’t know how to make the coffee machine work
-same for the television
