+ bardzo dobra lokalizacja, + Świetny układ pomieszczeń dla rodzin, dwa pokoje połączone kuchnią i łazienką.

- hotel był jeszcze przed sezonem, więc moskitiery były dziurawe, musieliśmy mieć zamknięte okna, bo komary wpadały.

We like that we could allocate 6 people in one room. The staff is so friendly and caring. The place is old, but worth it.

Not very clean the bathroom, as it looks old, the balcony was dirty, mosquito could go inside through the windows gaps. We found a big cockroach the las night we stayed there.

The resort is located right by the sea, there is no beach but there's a dock where you can easily access the water for swimming or diving. There are few restaurants within 1-2 minutes walk and Hyeopjae Beach is only 5 minutes by bus (line 202 every 10-15 minutes). With the 202 you can also get to Hallim Park, Statue garden 록 박물관 (recommended), Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road and other attractions. There is a convenient store on the first floor. There is washing machine for the guests to use. The room is very spacious- exactly like in looks in the photos! , bed linens were clean, bathroom were clean. The staff were nice.

Although it has the following flaws, I really loved it here and I even extended my stay (10 nights in total). As people wrote- Many mosquitoes and flies, but I kept the windows closed and it was just fine. Some of the furnitures in the room like chairs and drawers were worn-out but it didn't really matter, to me the bed is the most important and the bed was good- clean and comfortable. The room is not very clean, dining table was greasy, kitchen surface was not clean, squashed mosquitoes on the walls.

Location is good, surrounded by lots of restaurants and convenient store. Reception is friendly.

Noise, even at late night.
