Lovely place to base yourself while in the New Forest. Lovely outside space fenced off from the main garden and private. Everything you need is in the property. The bed is very comfortable. Our second visit and won’t be our last .

Overall great, the garden was a bit unkempt and could be better. Possibly some sun loungers available. The white table set was rubbish really didn't see the point of it.

Lovely stay although the weather wasn’t always on our side. Good facilities although I think the information pack requires updating.

there is a 8"step down into the kitchen area which you always need to be aware of alsi a 6"step down into the bathroom which if you need to access in the night in the dark can be a hazard particularly as my balance is not great. I also missed an non slip .at for the bath and shower.
