The apartment has about 53 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. 100 m to the sea. The comfortable equipment offers optimal living quality for 4-5 people. The app. has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area. Of course, satellite TV and air conditioning are available. The fully equipped kitchen with four hot plates and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet completes the overall picture.
There is also a balcony with a beautiful sea view.

L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé, l'accueil du propriétaire très agréable. La mer est à 100 mètres, avec une multitude de petites pages calmes et accessibles à proximité. Arbanija est idéalement située, avec pas mal de services (commerces, restaurants...) non loin de la belle Trogir, de Split ou de l'autoroute pour visiter facilement d'autres endroits de la Croatie.

Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung rundum zufrieden.
Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles, was eine 5-köpfige Familie benötigt und war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet. Die Klimaanlage und auch alle anderen elektronischen Geräte sowie das WLAN haben problemlos funktioniert. Ein großes Plus ist die Nähe zum Meer, das in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Dieser ist nicht nur sehr ruhig sondern auch unglaublich klar und sauber.
Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung, die nichtsdestotrotz viel zu bieten hat. Die Restaurants reihen sich aneinander und die großen Städte Trogir und Split sind ebenfalls nicht all zu weit und mit dem Wassertaxi zu erreichen. Die Familie Jelic war immer hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, würden wir gern noch mal machen.

Wir sind nun schon zum dritten mal da gewesen die Ferienwohnung ist super alles stimmt, die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt.
Bis auf Spülmaschine war alles weitere notwendige vorhanden.
Das Objekt ist sauber auch die Außenanlage ist sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Wir haben zwei mal draußen gemütlich gegrillt.
Leider bietet der Ort keine Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen. Für uns war die eine Strandbar zu wenig. Zwar ist es nur ca. 5 km bis nach Trogir, aber jedes mal mit Auto bis dahin zu fahren, fanden wir zu Umständlich. Allein schon wegen der Parkplatzsuche im Trogir.
Deshalb gebe ich für das Objekt und die liebevolle Vermieter 5 Sterne. Ortschaft war leider nicht attraktiv genug für uns.
