About this apartment rental
New construction (2013) in Arbanija - an apartment on the island Ciovo. The house is 20 m from a pebble beach and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has a terrace with sea view. Inside it consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and a kitchen with living room. In the living room there is also a pull-out comfortable couch. Sad apartment has an area of 60 square meters and is comfortable. There is free parking, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the summer, the easy access to the beach offers wonderful refreshments, while in the spring and autumn the house is ideal for a nice weekend for beach pleasures with cultural and gastronomic offerings of the nearby towns of Trogir and Split, which are on the UNESCO list. Treat yourself with a pleasant family holiday!

Jetzt, als frisch gebackene Familie, wollten wir einen stressfreien Urlaub, weg vom Massentourismus, einen Strandurlaub mit viel Privatsphäre.
Nicht nur sind die Apartments modern und ansprechend eingerichtet (wir kennen auch das A4 im obersten Stock mit großer Terrasse), dieses Apartment ist noch dazu mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer dieser Wohnung sind durch Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich getrennt, sprich auch hier viel Privatsphäre wenn man zB als doppeltes Pärchen reist. Für uns ist die Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi sehr praktisch gewesen, da man sich auch mal ein Eis oder aber nach dem Großeinkauf etwas auf Vorrat einfrieren kann.
Anfang Juni tut sich noch nicht viel in Arbanija. Der Strand wird dann erst hergerichtet, das kleine Kaffee direkt bei der Ferienwohnung war noch geschlossen. Wir wissen aber wie nett es dort an lauen Sommerabenden ist, den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann und gemütlich seinen Cocktail schlürft ;) Dieses Jahr hat ein weiteres Café am Strand eröffnet, welches ebenfalls Liegen und Sonnenschirme verleiht. Wo es sich befindet wird Euch Melita sicher gerne erklären. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist -für frisches Brot, Milch oder Kaffee- in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, ebenso Restaurants, Bootverleiher, Mopedverleih. Wer auf sensationell schmeckendes Gemüse und Obst steht, der fährt nach Trogir zum Markt.
Wir sind begeisterte Selbst-Versorger-Reisende und auch wenn die Apartments nicht barrierefrei sind (mit Kinderwagen und Babyschale gibt es halt doch viel zu tragen), so kommen wir gerne wieder.
Die Herzlichkeit mit der wir von Melita und ihrer Familie empfangen werden ist kaum zu schlagen. Wenn zB gegrillt wurde, hat man uns ebenfalls einen frisch gefangenen und kroatisch gegrillten Fisch vorbeigebracht. Oder wenn man wollte, konnte man sich Melitas Stand-up-Paddle ausborgen. Man fühlt sich hier sofort zuhause, ohne das einem der Gastgeber am Schoß sitzt.
Kurz gesagt: Top!
