Very spacious place - more than enough for 4 people. Also complimentary Schladming Summer Card is probably one of the most generous in Austria.
WIFI signal was very average - depending on a place in a flat. But in general haven't found a spot where it would be strong enough to allow smooth browsing.

Schlüssel war mit Code zugänglich, bereits ab 13:00 - das war toll! Wohnung ziemlich groß, genug Platz zum Essen, großer Balkon! Ausstattung prima, alles da, auch um selbst kochen zu können, genug Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirrspüler samt tabs, sogar extra Gefrierschrank, im Bad sogar Waschmaschine mit Trockner, also wirklich zum Wohnen geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war sehr ok.
Und toll: Man bekommt die Dachstein-Card (ab mehreren Nächten) - das zahlt sich wirklich aus, sämtliche Bergbahnen und viele Aktivitäten gratis!! (Wir waren in der Vorsaison, möglicherweise in Hauptsaison anders)
Die Kopfpolster könnten bissi größer und weicher sein - aber wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen!
Und der Wasserdruck war manchmal beim Duschen etwas schwach - da braucht man dann halt länger zum Duschen ... aber das sind wirklch nur Kleinigkeiten, die Unterkunft ist trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!

Dušas ir tualetas yra atskirose patalpose. Kiekvienoje jų yra po kriauklę. Labai patogu didesnei kompanijai. Parkingas prie namo yra, tačiau kartais būdavo užimtas kitų svečių. Šeimininkas tai išsprendė.
Kietos ir nepatogios dvi lovos, esančios bendroje svetainėje. Reikalingi bent antčiužiniai. Lovos dviejuose miegamuosiuose patogios.

On arrival we had to wait 20 mins for the host to give us the keys and enter the property - even though we arrived in the one-hour time slot we provided in advance.
It was too hot in the property and was not possible to adjust the temperature in the apartment.
Additional charges (bedlinen fee and city tax) were not clearly displayed when making the booking - ended up paying more than expected.
Hairdryer did not work.
WIFI was unreliable.
