The location very easy to access to terminal E, very clean and comfy bed
My rate as Genius level 3 includes breakfast, before I left I tried to get some fruit and the restaurant staff asked me for a breakfast cupon, I asked to the front desk attendant and she said "breakfast is not included on your rate", is what the computer shows; then I shew her my booking reservation where it says "breakfast included" then I could grab a cup of fruit, milk and tea. Must be indicated, confirm at the front desk breakfast availability and ask for your cupon/pass. My room was on the high way side, a little bit noisy.

The airport shuttle was great! Driver was professional
The room looked old and the toilet bowl had no cover. How could I flush a toilet that has no cover. This easily allows germs to fill the air.
Toilet bowl cover was missing. Toilet met open and did not have a cover. I complained to the receptionist upon check-out.
