Het personeel was erg aardig en heel behulpzaam. De kamers waren schoon het hotel heeft een centrale ligging. 😊👍

Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est très bien placé, à 10mns de jeema el fna. Le souk est à 2mns de marche. Le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux, on voit que tout est fait maison.
La piscine est fraîche comme les autres commentaires le disent, on y reste pas longtemps mais ça fait du bien aussi !

Location and night shift staff member was excellent
Day shift male staff member was rude, breakfast was falsely advertised, additional charges for water added to bill at end of stay but not communicated that this would be the process. Room was cleaned on penultimate night only. There are better riads to stay in, don’t bother with this one.
