About this villa rental
Impressive and exclusive independent villa, located on the first line of the golf course. It has 600m2 plot, where you can find a pool, a barbecue area to enjoy during your stay, as well as a relaxation area that has hammocks and a table to take advantage of the spectacular days offered by Caleta de Fuste .

At night you can see one of the least polluted skies in the world.

Villa Julaga is decorated with a modern and functional style and has a series of fundamental attributes to make your stay unforgettable. Inside you can find a bright living-dining room that offers a large window overlooking the spectacular views of its golf course. This space has a large sofa, television, stereo and air conditioning. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a variety of appliances. Next to it there is a small solarium equipped with washing machine and drying rack. Villa Julaga has three bedrooms, one of them with double bed, private bathroom, fan and built-in wardrobes with shelves, drawers and hangers. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and their respective wardrobe and fan. Outside there is a large pool, hammocks, barbecue and a large porch with dining table. In the upper part we can make use of a solarium to sunbathe in peace and tranquility. Already outside the villa, it has easy parking next to the door.

Villa Julaga is located ten minutes by car from the airport of Fuerteventura, located in an urbanization of villas that share a privileged situation in the same golf course of Caleta de Fuste (Fuerteventura Golf Club) with the luxury hotel 5 * Elba Palace Golf. A few minutes walking is the leisure area with a shopping center that has many shops, restaurants, large supermarket and parking. Next to it, several luxury hotels like SHERATON or ELBA. The beach, with golden sand, is located next to this commercial area that has a beautiful walk through which you can walk to the residential and entertainment area El Castillo with many restaurants and places for sports activities such as sailing on a catamaran, bathing with sea lions, jet skiing, water skiing, wind surfing, etc. This magnificent villa is located in a strategic position to know the island, halfway between the North and South areas that is worth visiting.

Absolutely amazing Villa, stayed for 11 nights with my wife, 16 year son and 14 year old daughter. The Villa is well equipped and in a lovely quiet location on the golf course.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter geben sich sehr viel Mühe, einen warmen Empfang zu bereiten. Ein kleiner Begrüßungskorb und etwas "Verkleidung" für die Silvesterparty waren bei Ankunft schon vorhanden. Der Pool wird regelßmäig gewartet und ist ein Traum! Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

This is a fabulous villa.... 3 ample sized bedrooms, a great kitchen with all of the amenities, lovely lounge, 2 bathrooms, nice pool, great gardens (mango trees, lemon tree, herbs, beautiful flowers), has a nice view of the golf course, great outdoor space (for relaxing and a table for dinner) and a great roof terrace with lovely views.
The Location is good... you probably need a car here (or taxis at least) but only 5mins drive to 2 great beaches, a big supermarket, a few restaurants etc.
Isabel, the property manager was great - good communication and sorted out any small issues very quickly.
The property has air conditioning only in the lounge, but has fans in the bedrooms which we found was enough for us. It also has shutters - so can get a nice cooling breeze throughout the property.
Overall, we had a lovely stay here and would recommend.
