Highly recommended hotel - we will return

Excellent breakfast! Great variety of bread, cold meets, cheese, cereals, juices, different sorts of milk, bubbly.... Also warm breakfast available. The roof terrace facilities are fab! 2 whirlpools and lots of sun chairs. Small but nice pool in the garden. The hotel is very clean!

I was surprised that the hotel was situated at a main road with heavy traffic. Maybe I should have looked better, but this was not clear to me from the pictures. The windows in our room were sound proof so we did not hear the traffic, but on the big balcony it was quite noisy, Obviously, the location of the hotel also meant that we could reach all destinations very easily.

Location was great

The staff were not great, we wanted to upgrade our room, but that was not allowed. All rooms were without air- conditioning so you had to open the balcony door for ventilation. If there were people smoking, it was second hand smoke into the room unfortunately

Newly redone rooms well worth the money and great breakfast

The classic rooms are smaller than described on Booking and really loud with the busy road just below the hotel. There is no AC so it can be a challenge if you like the quiet. That being said we were travelling with our baby and when we explained that the room was way smaller than described on Booking the staff was really helpful and moved us to a bigger and renovated room. In those rooms you have AC and new windows that really lessen the noise of the road. The new rooms are really confortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant downstairs cheap and convenient

Fabulous place with excellent breakfast and sauna.

Breakfast was fantastic, we had everything that we desired. It was very diverse, and tasty. Location also was very good, it was near the city center and hiking trails. Everyday we went skiing to Ortizei by car, it was still convenient distance. Although the windows were facing the road, the room was very quiet and cozy. And of course we liked the SAUNA especially every night.

Breakfast was exceptional, like all other services. Location is half hour distance driving from Val Gardena. Restaurant and pizzeria onsite, very good food. Shelves for skis. Family business, very client oriented.

The hotel looks newly renovated, the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are great! They have a nice sauna, jacuzzi, pool which were always empty when we were there but there are a lot of options to relax in the hotel after a long day of hiking. The pizzeria downstairs is very convenient also.

nice area and 'rustic' feeling if you're into that sort of thing

this was the only hotel that somehow didn't get the info from booking.com that we bring a pet and they made us feel as if it was our fault. They ultimately got us a pet friendly room but the overall 'customer service' skills were very questionable. Make sure to carry cash because they will ask you to pay tourist tax in cash and make you feel bad if you try to pay with card. I can only assume in this part of the world cash is still king.

Hotel vicino al centro di chiusa. Struttura totalmente ristrutturata, camere pulite e spaziose, Spa attrezzata, colazione abbondante, personale gentile.

Indimenticabile, sicuramente da ripetere.

Ci sono piaciuti l’accoglienza, pulizia della stanza, disponibilità di svariati servizi, parcheggio coperto per l’auto. Colazione ricca e assortita sia dolce (fatti in casa dallo chef nonché proprietario) che salata. Caffè Latte Succhi Centrifughe. Nelle varie sere abbiamo cenato nella pizzeria / ristorante. Molto curato l’ambiente. Ottimi i collegamenti per raggiungere i vari mercatini (stazione dell’autobus di fronte all’hotel). Davvero comoda e utile anche l’app per cellulare dalla quale é possibile organizzare gli spostamenti, trovare eventi in zona e quant’altro possa servire per meglio organizzare il soggiorno. Un caloroso grazie alla famiglia Kasslatter e a tutto il suo staff per averci coccolato.

Familiäre Atmosphäre sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Top Frühstücksbuffet. Eine super leckere Pizzeria im Haus. Traumhafte Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ( Whirlpool) aus. Sauberer kleiner Pool, aber ausreichend. Richtig geschmackvolle Zimmerausstattung und alles sehr sehr sauber. Rundum perfekt!

Das Frühstück war super, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Besondersl war der Entsafter für frische Säfte und aromatisches frisches Obst, auf Wunsch hat der Chef auch frische Spiegeleier und Speck zubereitet. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine schöne Überraschung.

Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt- trotzdem tolle Urlaubswoche

Schönes, sehr sauberes Zimmer, stylisch eingerichtet, großer schöner Balkon, abends konnte man sich an der Bar noch Getränke holen, zentrale Lage, nach Klausen in 15 Minuten zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür mit der Möglichkeit, verschiedene Highlights der Region einfach und gratis mit Südtirol-Guest-Card zu erreichen. Tolle Ausflugstipps vom Chef. Überaus reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, fast schon etwas überladen.

Lage an viel befahrener Straße, Pizzeria/Bar/Bikertreff vor dem Eingang (ganztags sehr trubelig bis spätabends), bei unserer Ankunft volle Aschenbecher im Eingangsbereich, Rezeption nicht besetzt. Allerdings bemühte sich eine sehr nette Angestellte der Bar, uns zu helfen. Balkon mit Blick auf die Tankstelle und großen Strommast, der den Ausblick auf das Kloster Saeben leider etwas trübt (dafür können die Besitzer zwar nichts, aber es geht aus den Fotos nicht hervor). Poollandschaft wirkt auf den Bildern großzügiger als in der Realität. Tischverteilung im Frühstücksraum sehr unglücklich, wir saßen direkt vor der Kaffeemaschine des Buffets, dadurch sehr ungemütlich. Das Personal war zwar bemüht, eine Lösung war aber schwierig, da manche Gäste wichtiger schienen als andere. Uns hat sich das Konzept des Hotels nicht ganz erschlossen: Luxushotel/Bikertreff/Pizzeria/Restaurant/Bar - es hat bei uns einfach nicht richtig gematcht - Aufenthalt war durch unsere Unternehmungen aber trotzdem sehr schön.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das familiengeführte Hotel hat alles geboten, war wir uns gewünscht haben. Vom Essen über Sauberkeit bis zum Wellness, plus Pool und Yakuzi auf der wunderschönen Dachterasse. Frühstück war auch super. Alle waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant war klasse und abwechslungsreich, plus das Café für morgens und Vormittags. Auch die Umgebung war zauberhaft. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Sehr tolles Hotel! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bewirtet und betreut. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischem sonst, Säften und Sekt. Sehr schöner Wellness-Bereich und Sonnenterrasse mit Wirlpools.

Herzlicher Chef, Lage des Hotels, Tiefgarage mit Aufzug, super schöner neuer Saunabereich inkl. Eisstation, Whirlpool auf dem Dach mit grandioser Aussicht und toller Musik, Liegen und Duschen, die leckere Küche (Frühstück und Pizza), erstklassiger Service überall im Haus, tip top sauber, Öffnungszeiten der Restaurants, bequeme Betten, das hochwertige und moderne Design im gesamten Hotel wirkt sehr durchdacht, harmonisch, ist warm und einladend - mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Es wird sehr warm im Zimmer und im gesamten Hotel, die Klimaanlage wird leider nur saisonal/erst im Sommer (ich glaube ab Juli) aktiviert. Die Badezimmertür ist leider aus Glas, und nur bis zur Hälfte satiniert, d.h. man kann nahezu alles einsehen - unpassend für das stille Örtchen.

Das Personal total freundlich - ich wüsste nicht was ein Hotel noch bieten müsste, vorallem mit diesem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir bekamen ohne Aufzahlung ein upgrade. Lage zu den Dolomiten innerhalb 20 min. Danke, für diesen schönen Aufenthalt - wir kommen wieder...

Schönes Hotel mit prima Restaurant

Wir hatten ein schönes DZ mit Balkon. Es war super sauber und sehr schick aber trotzdem gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt, auf Wunsch Spiegelei mit feinem Speck. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist fantastisch, wir haben dort mehrfach gegessen, wie viele Einheimische auch. Das Personal überall ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber sehr fein. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt im Hotel. Nicht gefallen hat uns die direkte Lage an der Durchfahrtsstraße, es war sehr viel Verkehr und damit Abgase und Lärm vorhanden. Unser Balkon ging zur Tankstelle und zum Getränkemarkt, auch nicht gerade idyllisch.
