It’s trade name.
I booked a room inside the hotel, and was being sent 200 meters away in a villa, without being aware of the reason. Probably cherry pick monopoly of the hotel.
In addition, it was noisy because of some wedding within the hotel premises. I was also able to find cockroaches inside the bathroom.
