we were pleasantly surprised, as the hotel upgraded us to presidential suite. the staff was very friendly and courteous. the hotel is value for money. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of north indian continental and south indian options. the food was delicious. i would definitely consider booking with them again should i visit Ranchi in future.

It is centrally located. Period.
It is bit run down. My room did not even have a fridge… and surprisingly when I checked out, the reception staff was not even aware !!! Maybe they dish out the worst rooms to on-line booked rooms from Booking.com ( I fear this.. and hence am flagging it to Booking.com people
