Country Club Lima Hotel – The Leading Hotels of the World

Made my homework before booking and Agoda had by far the best deal. I finally enjoy playing the Lima Golf Club. If you do not know a member, thisis the only way to play the course, by staying at the hotel. The staff was wonderful. Room in mint condition...great pisco sour at the English Bar. The only thing I would quote as average is the quality of the breakfast. It's nice, but not premium at all. All in all, a pretty superb stay.

Its location is ideal for those seeking tranquility, though most nearby activities and attractions are a few blocks away. The hotel stands out for its excellent restaurant and consistently attentive, high-quality service. My room was spacious; however, it presented a few issues that did not fully meet the expectations one would have for a property of this caliber. One aspect that left an unfavorable impression was the handling of my room assignment. At check-in, I was informed—by reception staff and in the presence of the reception manager—that my room was an upgrade, which was not the case. This lack of clarity and transparency was disappointing. Additionally, the pool area and gym are quite limited in size. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with notable strengths in ambiance and service, though certain details could be improved to better align with its standard.

The building is grand but that's where tilhe positives stop. Staff is sub-optimal, cleaning lady leafy the dirty towels in the bath and used glasses in the room. Pool is tiny and in the shade. At check in we were told to come back in two hours as we were early then the same lady said another hour. Not sure how long they can rely on the building's beauty.
