    While not the most centrally located hotel, it was still a very nice stay. The room was clean and nicely designed, and the staff were super helpful. The breakfast they served at the hotel was incredible! They had a wide variety of options and a cute dining room. My favorite part of our stay was the sauna and steam room. It was lovely to detox and relax after all our traveling.

    Quite disappointing. This hotel was sold as a 5* property and I would not even classify it as a high 3*. Room facilities were sorely lacking, no tea/coffee making, no fridge as its locked for minibar, no toiletries , bath robe , slippers all needed to be requested. The room itself very sterile and bland although, the very firm mattress was one of the most comfortable of my trip thus far. An expensive 3* hotel and certainly below par for the Melia brand.

    This is NOT a 5star hotel, more like 3.5-4. I can't understand how there are so many glowing reviews of this hotel. I chose this because it looked like somewhere i could hang out after a long flight, relax by the pool, and enjoy the hotel. Sadly not. The bed was one of the hardest I've ever slept on (my back is suffering), the floor is simply concrete with a hard bamboo type material over it (awful), the pool is on the ground floor on a busy street (very noisy) which the restaurant faces. The pool is really tiny. There is no area to go and really relax outside your room. The 9th floor terrace is tiny and is really for smokers, not for relaxing and maybe reading a book. The early check in charge was too expensive and 75% of what i paid for the room, i was too tired to not agree. Also be aware, in a weekend if there is a function on and the restaurant is needed, you CAN'T access the pool or lounge chairs to sit outside. Such a fail to your guests. Im sorry to say but I was incredibly underwhelmed by this hotel. One plus side us their staff. They really are very lovely, provide excellent service and should be commended. The hotel owners however have failed miserably and its false advertising to mark this as 5*. Bi would have changed hotels if i hadn't already paid 3 nights. Not impressed.
