About this house rental
"Sanguignia": first floor apartment in a duplex house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower, living room with kitchenette for a total of 6 guests.
House built in 1514, completely renovated in 2017.
Trattoria at 300 mt. Other 2 to 1500 mt. City of Pescia with services, shops, railway station 11 km away.
For large groups, you can book the other apartment "Grisaglia" if available (6 beds) on the ground floor by contacting the Host.
The owners speak Italian, English, French and Italian.
The location, in the medieval village of Castelvecchio, with splendid view on the countryside, is strategic for excursions allover in Tuscany.
Florence 70 km; Lucca 30 kkm; Pisa 70 km; Pistoia 35 km; Forte Dei Marmi 70 km.
The property is completely fenced offering greater privacy.
The private salt pool (8mt x 3mt x 1.20mt can be heated by solar panels) is available for both apartments. Guests can relax on the lush green lawns surrounding the pool, from which there is easy access to the immediate surrounding countryside.
The owners of the house are originally from the village and speak English, French and Spanish as well as Italian. They have a great knowledge of the region and are available to provide information and advice about excursions by car, walking or horseback.
There is a tennis court at the top of the village (asphalt).
One of the most beautiful Romanesque churches in Tuscany (national monument) dating back to the year 1000, is located 200 mt from the house. Remarkable Renaissance frescos may be visited in the crypt of the second church within the heart of the village.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It lies in a calm and beautiful village surrounded by a stunning natural scenery. Apart from its location the house is very well designed, has beautiful bedrooms and a super nice pool side. You find everything you need. We got nice a very warm welcome, many good recommendations from our owners who helped us with everything. We would like to come again soon. Charlotte
