About this house rental
All our farmhouses are really ancient. The traces of the past are particularly evident in Podere Zano. The living room, dominated by a large fireplace, the floor is made of antique slabs of stone that, in summer, convey a fresh natural. On the jamb of the kitchen door an engraving on the stone indicates the year of the first restructuring, 1464.
Over the centuries have been no major changes made, the most obvious is a small external casottino front of what was once a wine cellar, and now used as a guest toilet in the pool.
The restoration operated by us is of 1993. In what was the old chicken coop, there is now the wood supply for the fireplace. Above, a wood stove perfectly.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a small room with double bed (130 cm), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a toilet. Loft with two beds.
Equipment: in the living room fireplace and satellite TV; kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, moka. In the bedroom, the two beds in the loft can be joined. Outside grape arbor that shades the place to eat al fresco, barbecue. Parking at the house.
