La nota positiva era il condizionatore nuovo e molto performante Ampio parcheggio interno per le auto e moto e zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa durante il giorno ma soprattutto la notte
Frigo da sostituire perché non funzionante e a dir poco fatiscente,qualche capello a terra nel bagno e cassettone sopra il soffitto del bagno rotto

Il balcone
In bagno solo un po di carta igienica, neanche l’ombra di un po di sapone, in cucina neanche il minimo di sopravvivenza tipo una bottiglietta d’acqua. Considerando anche che siamo arrivati dopo la chiusura dei negozi. Risparmio radicalmente spartano. Mobili vecchi appena passabili.
