Tatty.

Room was clean. Staff were welcoming.

Hotel is past it's best, carpets threadbare etc and location is a bit out of the way.

Never again, no value for money

We ordered a double bed, but it was two single beds with a thin sheet or mattress on, so the beds slid aside and we fell in the hole in between. No fresh baguette for breakfast. When cheese or juice was missing, they didn’t fill up again.

Great location for my trip. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was immaculate, everything worked. Loved the decor of this place. Close to rail and metro.

I can’t really name anything I didn’t like. I just wish I’d stayed here in my previous visits to this particular location.

Unpleasant dissapointment.

I booked this hotel for its location, price, and the colourful interior design I saw in the photos, but this changed once I entered the property. The mismatch felt like a misleading marketing.

The hotel is old, the facilities are outdated and neglected. The sheets were clean but you could see blood stains on the pillow beneath. The lady receptionist was unpleasant. When we arrived, they had only two rooms available: one was facing a dirty and abandoned inner courtyard (fire stairs) with a door that could not be closed, and the other was on the pedestrian side of the main street where people were passing next to your bed so we couldn't open the window to refresh the air of the smelly room.

Lovely hotel in nice neighbourhood

Lovely hotel.. nice comfortable room and friendly staff. Wonderful neighborhood, walking distantance to the metro, a nice park, restaurants and bars.

The air conditioning didn't work. We told staff about this but it wasn't fixed. It happened to be 36 degres celsius during our stay in Paris, so a little a/c would have been good.

Will stay again !

Convenient location , very close to subway . Short walk to the coffee shops and nice restaurants , a park right across the street .

Had to wait for about an hour after the supposed check in time until the room was ready , cannot say why there was a delay , but the staff was very courteous and apologetic about it . Also , the room was great - bigger than expected .

I'd certainly stay here when I visit again

The location, the appearance and ambience of the hotel, the very comfortable beds and the lovely reception staff. The Moroccan theme was very pleasant and comforting.

No complaints, really. If I was arm-twisted hard, I'd say the toilet paper could be better (it just didn't go with the rest of my lovely experience 😉).

Quiet neighborhood well connected to city center

-Good location. Far from the city center traffic but next to important streets. There's subway and buses at 5 minutes walking, you'll get to city center in 20 minutes. -Lots of coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants near by. -Big room and toilet. -Excellent price for Paris

safe area, 10 minutes from metro, with lift, good for a short stay

the receptionist was more interested in talking to his colleague then calculating that there was a client ready to check in and ask questions about our trip and would have been useful if they knew simple English to help us through our trip and a bit of greeting when we leave or enter would have cheered us up and feel more homey then blabbing with your colleague and not calculating us especially for the money we paid for the room.

It was okay.

The design was beautiful to look at. Also, the front desk employees were exceptional. If I was rating only them, my score would be a confident 10/10. They were brilliantly professional throughout my stay. The bed was quite comfortable as well.

The water did not drain adequately down the sink. I would wash my hands and there would be a significant puddle of the water I had just used in the sink for around 30-45 minutes. Also, several light bulbs were out, so I could only rely on one extra bright light source or one extra dim light source.

Although we were promised wifi and aircon neither of these were working. we asked staff multiple times but there was nothing they could do apparently
