Nice wellness weekend at the Black Forest

the house is well located and walking distance to the lake, a cafe by the lake, the city center. It has a nice garden with view to the lake and the apartment has a sunny balcony, very good Wi-Fi, nice wellness (small swimming pool but possible to swim and both dry and wet sauna) with showers and towels. We were not eating at home but the apartment is fully furnished with kitchenware, dishwasher, stove and microwave for families willing to eat in the apartment. Parking is in front of the house.

the sofa-beds are not very comfortable. I think they should invest in getting a newer and more comfortable one. But the bedspread, duvet, pillows are all very clean and soft.

Great place when you are visiting the Black Forest in the rain!

We LOVED the pool and sauna.

We loved it all. But do wish there was some coffee provided. It is a self catering apartment, so it was not expected.

not a hotel, apartment with no common facilities (swimming pool, sauna, hammam only). no restaurant

The property is available only after 16.00. The location is super and the garten is perfect, the kitchen is perfectly equipped.

The apart-hotel didn't meet our expectations, as from hotel there is only a common facility - the swimming pool with Hammam and sauna. There are no common halls, lounges, no bar, no breakfast, it is mostly like an apartment. For an apartment the price is rather high. Almost the same price is a nice hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, but get much more in a hotel, then in a flat. The host takes care of the order, then of impressions of her guests, not very friendly. 50% of people working with tourists in this region just say NO, when more friendly people say "Sorry, no, because.." and don't say please, sorry, thank you. Interesting people indeed.

die Luftveränderung in Schluchsee tat uns sehr gut.

Die Aussichtslage auf den See war traumhaft. Die Geräusche der Bahn und der nahen Schnellstrasse sind wahrnehmbar. Die Wohnung war ausreichend mit Möbeln und Geschirr ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich war traumhaft bezüglich Lage und Anordnung der verschiedenen Bereiche.

Der Pool war für unsere Bedürnisse etwas zu kalt. Die Wohnung war bei Bezug teilweise nicht sauber geputzt; es gab an mehreren Stellen alte Staubansammlungen. Wir mussten der Gastgeberin bei der Abreise eine Booking.com Servicegebühr bezahlen, was aus unserer Erfahrung unüblich ist; wir wurden darüber vorgängig nicht informiert von der Gastgeberin.

Bei 6 Personen nicht wirklich ein Sofa, eher schlechte Messer, Kurtaxen mussten bar bezahlt werden, wir mussten mehrmals klingeln, weil noch etwas fehlte (Spültabs, Handtücher)
