An oasis after a long drive. Quiet village short drive from motorway. Lovely welcome & an amazing restaurant open Wed to Sunday.

Kleiner netter Gasthof mit tollem Biergarten! Essen im Biergarten hervorragend, nette Bedienung. Morgens gab es ein kleines, aber völlig ausreichendes Frühstück! Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer,für eine Nacht perfekt:)

Einzigste Sache ! Mir ist aufgefallen, das in unserem Zimmer in den Ecken viel angesammelter Staub war :(

The room was clean, we had a good night there during our trip home.

Location to motorway. Clean bedding. Breakfast was very good. And there was a real person present which was a bonus after the arrival experience.

When selected this accommodation yesterday, it was NOT at all clear or obvious on the app that the restaurant is always closed on Monday and Tuesday. Interestingly after I complained it is now showing 🤔. Having travelled all day, our regular routine is get to a place with a restaurant, walk about for an hour then have dinner. We had to drive half an hour more, as if a whole day wasn't enough, to try and find somewhere to eat. Also the place wasn't manned, and although there is a keybox, the whole place was unmanned. It felt soulless, uninviting, dirty ashtrays and empty bottles were, on the table upon arrival, right at the entrance and those were still there this morning. It felt spooky and uncomfortable from the point of view of no living soul anywhere in the relatively big place. Our firm view that when the restaurant isn't open, they should NOT accept accommodation booking either. This way, we've been left with the worst possible impression in our 30 years of travelling through Europe both ways.
