Located in a quiet and residential area of La Baule near Pornichet.
A large comfortable living room, 120 cm TV screen, a dining room in one part of the living room to take your meals. A dining veranda with a 12 place setting table. The veranda opens on 3 sides, ideal for sunny days and cool evenings.
All rooms have new bedding, the house is equipped with two showers and a bathtub.
An outdoor solar shower is available around the pool.
Equipment: safe, very large Weber gas BBQ on the terrace around the pool.
All the conditions are met for a great holiday.
Bikes on request (35 euros per week), table tennis, pétanque balls.
Horse riding club at 700 m, tennis at 5 min by car
On the beach sailing clubs, kite surfing, children's clubs and evening horse riding
