Very quiet neighborhood close to several beaches (beautiful cliffs), with plenty of high-quality entertainment in Pornichet, Saint-Nazaire, and La Baule; many sites to visit: ports (Saint-Nazaire, Le Croisic, La Turballe, and Piriac), towns (La Baule, Saint-Nazaire, Guérande, Nantes), the salt marshes, and the Brière.

To ensure everyone’s peace and quiet, the housekeeper will handle the end-of-stay cleaning (200 euros extra).
The lot facing the street is private; it’s maintained by a gardening association—they’re friends of mine—and they access it through the street-side gate and won’t disturb you.
Finally, I’d like to mention that my neighbor has just renovated some charming little ground-floor apartments right across from my house; they can be a nice addition if you have extra guests, especially since my house is very well equipped with a kitchen, dishes, tables, and chairs for meals with the whole family.
