Our room (superior double room park wing) was modern, spacious and there was lots of storage space.
Breakfast was really good. The vegan bread spread was surprisingly very good (we are not vegan).
Staff was friendly and helpful.
It is in the historic spa town.
The food in the restaurant is also good.
Everything was really good but it was a bit on the pricey side.

The room was lovely, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Visiting in the fall made it even more special, the golden leaves covering the hills were absolutely stunning.
The only thing we didn’t quite enjoy was that the outdoor pool wasn’t warm enough. For us, having a well-heated pool makes a big difference, we really enjoy swimming outside even when the weather is cool. Last year, we stayed at another resort with a heated outdoor pool, and it was such a wonderful experience, even when it was snowing.

This is a beautifully landscape property with excellent rooms, a beautiful swimming facility, both indoor and outdoor, and an excellent restaurant. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The breakfast was very nice and yummy. The fitness center well-equipped. The room and bathroom reasonable space for two people.
The pillows on the beds are of very low quality. The room doesn't have the basic amenities that you find usually in 5 star hotels! My daughter asked if they can provide toot brush and response was (yes of course its 20 Euro)! Also when I booked my room I requested a late check out. While in the hotel I was told that for every hour of late check out I have to pay 10 Euro!!
