TD Mutiara Hotel Semporna

The room was clean and tidy. The location not really far from the town and facilities around the hotel is good. There’s a laundry nearby, convenience store. Bathroom is clean and spacious, water supply is good. Breakfast is okay but if you can add more menu is better.

Overall stayed was good. Old facilities but comfortable. Room: Spacious. I booked 2 rooms. Requested adjoining rooms, but they didn't have them. View: One room has a sea view, and the other has a parking lot view. Telephone in room: Not functioning TV: No channels available Bathroom: Simple toiletries provided. Cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast: Included, but we didn't take it. Staff: Receptionist was nice and good with explanations. The housekeeper acted fast when we asked for more drinking water. Location: Just a few minutes from the jetty and other attractions

Convenient location nearby to eateries.

Noise from laundry activities beginning about 8 am and at night too on the 6th floor. My room 424 at 5th floor was perhaps below the hotel laundry area. The room was not neatly cleaned esp the bed was not made up properly. Face towel provided only one daily. Previous stay was better experience.
