    Budget stay....near to the jetty. Appreciated staffs for helping to return my mum's mobile to us after we had left the town.

    It's ok. Room didn't have a Window, which is probably a blessing in Semporna. You get what you pay for.

    The rooms in this hotel are dated and several amenities were faulty. The shower faucet, for instance, was badly leaking and spraying water all over when I turned it on. The bidet has weak water pressure and the switch was too rusted out to turn. I had to call the receptionist on my first night to fix these issues. There is only one soap which is meant to be used as both a shampoo and shower gel. The walls are old with the paint peeling off. Overall, the rooms are in dire need for a makeover.
