A wonderful stay close to a lot of activities and sights.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We really could enjoy our stay with the comfort of home and easily cook for my family with special dietary needs. The house is beautiful with a lot of character.
The age of the house and character does come with the downside of poor sound proofing. As soon as the children went to bed we had to be extra quiet not to disturb them.

Nice holiday home in the middle of the Ardennes
The house is not actually that 'petite', it is spacious enough for a family of 4 to 5 people. It is very cozy though. Good central heating and a wood pellet stove. A good and well supplied kitchen. Everything is really clean. Pretty steep stairs lead to bedrooms on the first and second floors, the bathroom with bathtub is also on the second floor. All rooms have an amazing view at the hills on the other side of the river. There is a small terrace outside with the same view, and a backyard. The car can be privately parked next to the front door. The town of Nonceveux itself does not have much to offer but lies pretty central in the Northern part of the Ardennes. The famous Ninglinspo trail is within walking distance, the town of Aywaille is a 10 minute drive and has shops and restaurants, and other places such as Stavelot, Trois-Ponts, Durbuy and Liège are all within 30 to 45 minutes driving. Everything shows that the hosts mainly keep their 'petite maison' as their personal getaway and take really good care of it. Highly recommendable!

A fantastic stay in a wonderful property
A wonderful old Belgium house with accomodation on 3 levels plus a basement situated on a hill above the village . The house has been refurbished to a high standard . It offers plenty of space and has all the facilities one might need including a well equipped kitchen . It also has a good central heating system and a new pellet burner in the main room. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces . Superb views across the valley . The property is well located for day trips to Liege , Maastricht and Aachen plus the Ardennes . Plenty of good hikes within walking distance of the house . The owner was very friendly and helpful .
Nothing .

The stairs was a little bit dangerous for our little kids. maybe a baby stair gate might be an improvement

great experience. The house, the location, the hostess, the view from the windows. perfect
More beautiful in reality than in pictures. A very lovely hostess who responds to everything and helps quickly. We were there with two children (seven months and three) and enjoyed playing in the private garden. The house itself is equipped to an excellent standard starting from the kitchen and all the utensils in it, and the toilets and showers (a bathroom upstairs is really luxurious and large). In addition there is complete privacy because this is a large and magical villa. I walked two or three streets near the house and all the people I met along the way were nice. There are lots of attractions in the area both free and paid like walks along the river Or hiking in the mountains or hiking In the tunnels in the belly of the earth (we did all three) and of course fast food and also shopping centers very close (ten minutes by car). The view from the windows of the house is amazing. I enjoyed the holiday and both my children and my wife, we renewed strength before returning to routine and we really got a great return, thank you dear Emily.
My wife got tangled up with getting in and out of the parking (she is a new driver) I also had a bit of a hard time parking the vehicle (Jeep).

Exceptional
We had a fantastic stay in the very well equipped and spotlessly clean Petite Maison. Contact with Amélie was fantastic and even though we didn't meet, the check in and check out were handled perfectly, for an extra charge on top of an extremely well priced house which already includes the final cleaning cost, our beds were made up on arrival. Can really recommend this spacious house, everything on hand that you need and the addition of the Wii made for some great family fun in the evenings. In walking distance from the property, is the famous Ninglinspo walk (we did the 15km version), it is currently (Covid19) closed to day tourists and does have an off putting barrier across the entrance. People were turning back, but as you are staying in the area you can do this breathtaking walk with the added bonus of no crowds. The house is well situated for other walks and there was no need to use the car. We can also recommend the brunch boxes ordered and delivered to the door from Le brunch de Victor - ordered in advance from their FB page, really made our Easter morning so special. We had a fabulous stay and I think this is one of the best properties we have stayed in via Booking, great value for money, gorgeous views and plenty of space in the not so Petite Maison. Merci Amélie!
Absolutely nothing!

Nice!
Nice, privately managed location. Very friendly owner, very clean etc
We felt some pressure to leave a bit earlier, but that was also understandable because we were also allowed to arrive earlier. So actually: the flexibility was a plus 😊
