Raya Heritage - SHA Plus

The lobby and reception are simply stunning. They match the beautiful photos on the website and showcase exquisite architectural art. The space exudes a cozy and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding in such a peaceful setting. The greenery and flowers are meticulously arranged, adding to the overall ambiance. Although the bell rings, it’s a beautiful sound that enhances the tranquil environment.

By myself, not really into the food there because it doesn’t taste like the food in Thailand, but it’s a more fusion style witches matches foreigners taste. I visited this place alone and wasn’t particularly impressed with the food. It didn’t taste like the authentic Thai cuisine I’m used to. However, it did offer a fusion style that appealed to foreigners.

The breakfast was incredible, the staff amazing, the room beautiful, and they had such attention to detail and the concierge was so helpful in booking our activities. We were there as part of our honeymoon and I would happily stay here again!

Bed seemed worn, mattress uncomfortable. Breakfast portions extremely small, you can order multiple items but it’s hassle. We are used to their sister property Rayavadee, which offers more.

Raya Heritage was really something special. The whole property feels like a beautiful, peaceful retreat next to the Ping River, with exquisite attention to detail throughout. Our Rin Terrace Suite was incredibly comfortable, to the point where we often just wanted to stay in and relax. The room, the design, the quiet atmosphere and the setting all worked beautifully together. The pool was also a welcome daily dip to cool off after being out in the Chiang Mai heat. We really enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel. Breakfast at Khu Khao was excellent, and dinner there was a lovely, relaxed experience. High tea from Laan Cha Tea Terrace was another highlight and fitted the calm riverside atmosphere perfectly. The massages at Al Waan Spa were outstanding. It was one of the best spa experiences of our trip and added to the feeling that Raya Heritage is not just a hotel, but a proper retreat. The staff were warm, kind and attentive, and the whole stay felt thoughtful and beautifully run. Raya Heritage was special, peaceful and deeply relaxing. We absolutely loved it.
