    I had quite low expectations, to be honest. I needed a month-long economical stay after first arriving, while looking for long-term accommodation. This time of the year, with less than two months be arriving, I found many places closer to the city center already booked. I went ahead and booked a room here, to ensure I'd have a place to stay, since it offered no fee cancelations up to 48 hours before check in. Well, I wasn't able to find another place available for the full month and within budget, so I went ahead with staying here. Well, the room ended up being spacious, quite clean, nicely located with a view of Mt. Suthep to one side while having the river on the other side across the street. The location also ended up being much closer tobthe city center than it looked on Google Maps; an inexpensive Grab/Bolt drive away. The staff were friendly and helpful enough. It has a coin pay laundry room, as well. The cleaning crew regularly cleaned the room and changed sheets and towels, and dropped off drinking water and tp. It ended up exceeding expectations, and I'd recommend it for a budget friendly option for longer stays especially.
