About this house rental
Let yourself be tempted to an early leave, even during the winter period.
We welcome you and your children in our SPACIOUS villa with large living room, adjoining very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, laundry room, garage and 2 beautiful terraces.
Fully equipped spacious kitchen with dishwasher, 2 ovens, coffee maker + Senseo machine, and large fridge with freezer. Kitchen cabinets that are very well stocked with all possible kitchen utensils.
Our villa is completely south facing. AIRCO PRESENT !! So always a sunny living room with a sitting area near the wood stove. Ideal in the before and after year to capture warmth and light in the living room. Dining room with table for 6 adults + baby and max 1 small dog.
Just 2.5 km from a Carrefour with gas station.
We accept 1 SMALL dog with a supplement of € 25 / stay.
In the living room satellite TV (with Flemish-Dutch channel BVN) DVD, stereo radio CD player
WIFI free. Rent bed sheets and towel package possible.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower + sink with 2 sinks and 1 bathroom with shower + sink
Covered terrace with garden furniture. Ideal to light the (electric) Weber BBQ in the evening and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view.
Poolside terrace with 6 sun loungers + garden table with 6 chairs
Electric barbecue available
Basement with washing machine and dryer. Ironing board and iron available. Cot and 2 high chairs available.
Garage for 1 car. Your car can also be parked outside on the closed parking. The domain is completely fenced by ironwork and closed by an automatic gate. Everything is strictly private. Certainly no view by the neighbors at the pool.
Children enjoy the sun and a nice swimming pool all day long while Mama and Papa are lazing or reading a book.

PS: In the summer season (from April to October) we always rent from Saturday to Saturday. From November to March, all days are possible arrival or departure days. There is a mandatory final cleaning at € 90 / stay. Bed linen for rent at € 12 / pers. Towels (1 beach towel + 2 towels + 1 muzzle cloth) for rent at € 5 / pers. To be asked to the owner or on the spot to the key lady.

Wir haben vom 22.9. - 13.10.2018 einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts an Ausstattung und es ist sauber und gepflegt. Christine und ihr Mann kümmern sich sehr freundlich um die Belange des Hauses, insbesondere um den sauberen Pool (9x4 m), den wir jeden Tag nutzen konnten. Das Klima ließ es zu. Fernsehen (22 deutsche Sender) und Internet/W-LAN (bis zu 18 Mbit/s) werden jeden, der nicht so gut der französischen Sprache mächtig ist, überzeugen und lassen es zu, Kontakt zur Heimat zu halten. Der Ausblick auf die unmittelbar dem Meer vorgelagerte Hügelkette ist wunderbar, ebenso wie der Kern des beschaulichen Ortes Bagnols-en-Foret. In 12 Min ist man in Frejus, direkt am Meer. Wir können dieses schöne Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Heel mooie woning, met mooi zwembad! Mooi meubilair, binnen als buiten. Alles is heel netjes en verzorgd. Huis is voorzien van alle comfort (Alle keukengerei, koffiemachine, Senseo, oven, microgolf, kinderstoelen, kinderservies,...), in slaapkamers zijn vliegenramen voorzien tegen muggen, we huurden ook lakens en handdoeken bij wat ook prima in orde was.
Pluspunt dat auto in garage gezet kan worden, blijft zo lekker fris en veilig.
Huisje heeft rond zich buren maar je hebt overal privacy, geen inkijk en het is er rustig. Het domein is volledig afgesloten met elektrische toegangspoort met afstandsbediening. Kindjes konden voor de garage op de oprit fietsen en steppen. Er is niet echt een tuin waar eventueel een hond in kan loslopen. (Misschien minpuntje mocht je willen een hond meenemen).
Heel mooie locatie, prachtig zicht van op tuin en terras, dicht bij de kust en toch niet te druk. Veel te doen in omgeving.
Heel vlotte regeling met eigenaars (vriendelijk en correcte afspraken via mail) en sleuteloverdracht + borg met de plaatselijke conciërge verliep prima. De dame was heel flexibel en begripvol.
Waarom het huisje voor ons geen 5 sterren kreeg: omdat het in de kamers heel warm was (vooral boven was het s' avonds meestal 29gr nadat luiken en ramen overdag dicht bleven) - met de ventilator uit het huisje daar te plaatsen lukte dat wel voor de kindjes om te slapen.
We gaan er zeker terug!

Zoals steeds hebben wij weer enorm van het vakantiehuis genoten. De sleutelhouders zijn zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Alles is kraaknet en mooi gedecoreerd. Zeker een plaats om aan te bevelen bij je vrienden.
Het dorpscentrum ligt op loopafstand en is aangenaam om te vertoeven. Lekker en niet te duur gegeten op het dorpspleintje. Aanrader : restaurant "En face"
Het weer liet net als in heel Europa een steekje vallen maar wij hebben toch zéér aangename dagen met veel zon gekregen. Elders was het koud en regenachtig, wij konden zonnebaden.

Truly a beautiful villa, and an amazing view on a fantastic location. Best rental we have had in this part of France. Excellent communication with the owners and local point of contact. Marie was lovely to deal with.
The villa was well equipped and beautiful inside.
Lovely pool, our children had a fantastic time. The pool was warmed up by the sun. Amazing house with what can only be described as the best view in the world.
