The host Mike was very helpful, the apartment itself was very cosy, clean and nice. the view from the balcony was just fantastic and we could enjoy it in any weather.

Beautiful modern apartment, friendly hosts, top location

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and feels like a home away from home. It's modern, well equipped and clean throughout. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. The location is great, with stunning views, a garden, terrace, easy walking access to Mayrhofen and good parking. The fireplace is a lovely addition to the apartment and warms you up. The host provided wood and kindling so you've got everything you need, which is a very thoughtful touch when you're on a short stay. Finally, having beers to look forward to in the fridge upon our arrival was amazing!

Best apartment for ski holiday!

Absolutely amazing family owned apartment house . Mike and Kate are the most gracious and welcoming hosts we have ever had. They made us feel at home in their beautiful apartment house and made sure we had everything we needed including stocking the fridge with eggs and milk so we would have something to eat in the morning . Mike came to our apartment every night to make us a fire, and even baked us homemade apfelstrudle (apple pastry) and ordered us cabs when we needed as well as general guidance for the area (hiking trails.ski busses, where we should ski ) . The apartment is completely renovated, has a fully equipped kitchen, and is situated in a beautiful town just outside Mayrhofen and all the winter spots action.

Superb

Mike was a very pleasant host and the accomodation was nice, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view to the mountains and valey. The lift is very close by - 2 min by car. Mike also ordered us fresh pastry for the morning and lit fire in the evening which was perfect!

Great place to stay !

The apartment has been fully refurbished in 2018, it is brand new ! The host welcomes us with a basket of food for our breakfast and offers us bread every morning. Thanks for hosting us 😀

Perfekte Lage, super Ausstattung und modern eingerichtet/renoviert.

Perfekte Lage - der Skibus ist mehr als genial. In Kombination mit dem Skikeller kommt man nicht komfortabler auf den Berg als bei Seiringer, genial! Super sauber, gepflegt, modern und gut ausgestattet.

Während des Aufenthalts wurde am Landhaus Seiringer sehr viel gebaut. Leider wurde dies nicht vorab kommuniziert, was wir uns gewünscht hätten. An Tagen, an denen man kein Ski gefahren ist, hieß es also trotzdem um 07:00 Uhr aufstehen statt ausschlafen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr herzlichen Vermietern

Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar, sowohl telefonisch als auch per WhatsApp. Auf Wünsche wurde schnell und unkompliziert eingegangen. Besonders praktisch ist der optionale Brötchenservice am Morgen gegen eine kleine Gebühr. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, unter anderem mit Grill, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Herdplatte. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Skifahrer können an der Ausfahrt von einem Skibus abgeholt werden, welcher anscheinend von der Kurtaxe abgedeckt wird.

SUPER! moeite waard!!!

Alles was heel goed gepoets. mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht! De man was super vriendelijk en hield graag van een babbelke! Als je wat uitleg wou kon je het altijd vragen aan hem zonder problemen! Ook weet hij veel mooie wandelplaatsen zeker de moeite om hem eens te vragen! Ook fijn dat er een wasmachine is! Ook fijn dat de hond mee mag wel voor een meerprijs!

De kussens van het bed waren een beetje te zacht voor ons, maar dit is natuurlijk ook wat u gewoon bent. Ik vond de meerprijs voor de hond ook wel een beetje veel ook omdat ze al rond de 110 euro vragen voor een klein appartementje te poetsen, dat je wat vraagt voor de hond vind ik heel zeker geen probleem maar dit was 10 euro per dag waarop we 140 euro voor 2 weken extra moesten afgeven. Veel plaatsen mogen de honden gratis mee verblijven.

Top accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht !!

Mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht! Het was heel compleet, de bedden waren heerlijk, de badkamer was top en het terras/balkon was super. De huiseigenaren waren heel gastvrij en gaven goede tips. We hebben via hun ook fietsen gehuurd.

Aan de accommodatie zelf geen minpunten, alleen maar positief. Voor de kinderen net iets te ver lopen naar het centrum van Mayrhofen maar we hadden toch de auto in de meeste gevallen nodig.

Enormt søde værter. Skøn udsigt. Vi boede i Maxmillian og havde flere terrasser at vælge imellem. Meget pænt og rent. Busser tæt på og 20 minutter på gåben på fin sti til by/indkøb/restauranter.

Es war ein sehr gelungener Skiurlaub, den wir in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten werden.

Wir haben uns im Landhaus Seiringer sehr wohl gefühlt. Kate und Mike sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Anstatt die Penkenbahn zu nutzen, haben wir die Finkenberger Gondelbahn genutzt. Trotz der Jahreszeit - Anfang April - waren die Pistenverhältnisse Vormittags sehr gut und Nachmittags gut.

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysto ,wygodne przestronne sypialnie, bardzo mili i sympatyczni gospodarze którzy służyli radą i pomocą. Polecam wszystkim .Ski bus do ośrodka Penken zatrzymuję się przed apartamentem

Dla mnie nie ma negatywnych rzeczy lecz niektórzy mogą być rozczarowani odległością do sklepów i restauracji ,są oddalone ok 30 min piechotą, samochodem 3 min. Specerek bardzo przyjemny.
