Everything was nice. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. Beautiful balcony and view. The lady at the shop opposite of the hotel was very kind also.
There's no air conditioning and no blackout curtains :-(. The bed was sofa bed but it was very nice, comfortable. There was no DND card or "Clean my room" card on the door which was strange. No lock from inside. Very simple breakfast. 👍

Amazing self contained apartment in a beautiful location within easy access to Innsbruck. Very modern, super clean, great facilities. We stayed in room 20 which had bedroom, bathroom, and living, dining, kitchen combo with large balcony. It was just so nice, can’t say enough good things.

Beautiful charismatic hotel in a great location. The staff was extraordinary nice and polite. The breakfast was great. We even got a free room upgrade. Late check in was possible. A complete recommendation
