The location was perfect, El Cotillo is beautiful, we liked this part of it the best …just a quick wander out to see the sunset and see the waves on the main beach and walking distance to both the surf beach and the lagoons, both stunning. The apartment was fab, a good size with nice kitchen and bathroom. Boris, the owner was helpful and there to say hello and gave us some good local info.

I stayed in this place for my surf trip. Perfect location, in the middle of El Cotillo, clean apartment with all necessary amenities. Helpful and friendly host Boris! Shared terrace with amazing view where you can enjoy breakfast or chill during the day.
Despite you can fix it by hanging a towel, would be great to add a curtain to the bathroom window, since the whole bathroom exposed from interior hall.

Heel gunstig gelegen. Prima bedden. Harde en zachte kussens. Verder alles in huis qua keuken faciliteiten. Fijn dakterras met mooi uitzicht. Verhouding prijs kwaliteit was uitstekend. Sympathieke gastheer.

Sehr engagierte Betreuung vor Ort. Schöner Blick und große Terrasse. Gute Küchenausstattung und bequemes Bett.
Bauweise des Penthauses wirkte nicht stabil. Bei starkem Wind klappert die Terassentür so stark, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Zugang nur über die Terrasse, kein Zugang übers Treppenhaus. Verglasung führt zu starker Wärmeentwicklung durch Sonneneinstrahlung - die Rollos helfen nur wenig. Sehr beengte Räumlichkeiten für 2 Personen - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für uns nicht.
